Preparation Steps
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain any excess grease.
Transfer the browned ground beef to a slow cooker.
Stir in the taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and Rotel. Mix well.
Break the spaghetti noodles in half and add them to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, or until the spaghetti is tender.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese just before serving. Serve hot.
Notes
Optional: Add a dollop of sour cream or guacamole for extra flavor.
