Crockpot Taco Spaghetti

An easy and delicious Crockpot Taco Spaghetti recipe that's perfect for busy weeknights. Just throw everything in the slow cooker and come home to a hearty, flavorful meal!

  • 1 lb Ground Beef Lean
  • 1 oz Taco Seasoning Packet
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce 15 oz
  • 1 can Rotel 10 oz, Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
  • 8 oz Spaghetti Uncooked
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese For topping

Preparation Steps

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain any excess grease.
  • Transfer the browned ground beef to a slow cooker.
  • Stir in the taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and Rotel. Mix well.
  • Break the spaghetti noodles in half and add them to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, or until the spaghetti is tender.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese just before serving. Serve hot.

Notes

Optional: Add a dollop of sour cream or guacamole for extra flavor.
