Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
Chop the hard-boiled eggs into small pieces.
In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, relish, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add the cooked pasta and chopped eggs to the bowl. Mix well to combine.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chopped celery or onion.
