Deviled Egg Pasta Salad

A creamy and tangy pasta salad with all the flavors of deviled eggs!

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pasta (rotini, elbow macaroni, etc.) Cooked according to package directions
  • 6 Large Eggs Hard-boiled and peeled
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Yellow Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Pickle Relish
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Salt Or to taste
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper Or to taste

Preparation Steps

  • Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
  • Chop the hard-boiled eggs into small pieces.
  • In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, relish, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the cooked pasta and chopped eggs to the bowl. Mix well to combine.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

For extra flavor, add chopped celery or onion.
