  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup dill pickles chopped
  • 0.25 cup green onions sliced
  • 2 tbsp dill pickle juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dill weed
  • 1 cup crushed pecans for coating

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, dill pickles, green onions, pickle juice, garlic powder, and dill weed. Mix until well combined.
  • Shape mixture into a ball and roll in crushed pecans to coat.
  • Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
