  • 1 lb Elbow Macaroni
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup Sour Cream
  • 0.5 cup Dill Pickle Relish
  • 0.25 cup Dill Pickle Juice
  • 0.5 cup Red Onion finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup Celery finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Dill chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Cook the macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside to cool.
  • In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, dill pickle relish, and dill pickle juice.
  • Add the cooled macaroni, red onion, celery, and fresh dill to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

For best results, let the salad chill for at least a couple of hours. This allows the flavors to really come together!
