Dill Pickle Pasta Salad

A tangy and flavorful pasta salad with dill pickles, pasta, and a creamy dressing.

  • 1 lb Pasta Elbow macaroni or rotini
  • 1 cup Dill Pickles Chopped
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Dill Pickle Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Dill
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chopped dill pickles, mayonnaise, sour cream, dill pickle juice, dried dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix well to combine. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
