Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chopped dill pickles, mayonnaise, sour cream, dill pickle juice, dried dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix well to combine. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
