Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
Prepare three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with the beaten eggs, and one with the crushed Doritos.
Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.

Dredge each chicken piece first in the flour, then dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it generously with the crushed Doritos.
Place the coated chicken pieces onto the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle or brush with melted butter.
