Doritos Chicken

A super easy and incredibly flavorful chicken dish coated in crushed Doritos for a unique crunch. Perfect for a weeknight meal!

  • 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 bag Doritos (any flavor) crushed into fine crumbs
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 0.5 cup melted butter

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  • Prepare three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with the beaten eggs, and one with the crushed Doritos.
  • Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.

  • Dredge each chicken piece first in the flour, then dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it generously with the crushed Doritos.
  • Place the coated chicken pieces onto the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle or brush with melted butter.
