  • 1 package Refrigerated pie crusts
  • 21 ounce Cherry pie filling
  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon Granulated sugar

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Unroll pie crusts on a lightly floured surface.
  • Cut out circles using a 2-inch cookie cutter. Re-roll scraps and cut out more circles.
  • Place half of the circles in a mini muffin tin.
  • Spoon cherry pie filling into each crust.
  • Top with the remaining circles and crimp the edges with a fork to seal.
  • Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Let cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
