Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Unroll pie crusts on a lightly floured surface.
Cut out circles using a 2-inch cookie cutter. Re-roll scraps and cut out more circles.
Place half of the circles in a mini muffin tin.
Spoon cherry pie filling into each crust.
Top with the remaining circles and crimp the edges with a fork to seal.
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
