Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain off any excess grease.

In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.

Stir the cooked ground beef into the ricotta mixture.

Place one wonton wrapper in each muffin cup, pressing it down to form a cup shape. You can overlap the edges if needed.

Spoon about 1-2 tablespoons of marinara sauce into the bottom of each wonton cup.

Spoon the ricotta and beef mixture into each wonton cup, filling them about two-thirds full.
