Easy Lasagna Cups

Quick and easy individual lasagna cups, perfect for weeknight dinners or a fun appetizer!

  • 0.5 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 jar marinara sauce 15 ounce
  • 12 wonton wrappers

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain off any excess grease.

  • In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.

  • Stir the cooked ground beef into the ricotta mixture.

  • Place one wonton wrapper in each muffin cup, pressing it down to form a cup shape. You can overlap the edges if needed.

  • Spoon about 1-2 tablespoons of marinara sauce into the bottom of each wonton cup.

  • Spoon the ricotta and beef mixture into each wonton cup, filling them about two-thirds full.

  • Top each cup with a little more marinara sauce and the remaining mozzarella cheese.

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the wonton wrappers are golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

These lasagna cups are great as an appetizer or a light meal. You can customize the filling with your favorite vegetables or cheeses.
