  • 1.5 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breasts Cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 0.25 cup Chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Onion powder

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  • In a bowl, combine heavy cream, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chicken in the skillet. Stir to combine.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with green onions.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
