Main Ingredients
- 1.5 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breasts Cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 0.5 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz Cream cheese Softened
- 0.25 cup Chopped green onions
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp Onion powder
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
In a bowl, combine heavy cream, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chicken in the skillet. Stir to combine.
