A classic holiday appetizer made with ground pork sausage, cheddar cheese, and Bisquick baking mix.

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper [1.2].
  • In a large bowl, mix together the pork sausage, Bisquick, cheddar cheese, milk, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
  • Using a small cookie scoop or your hands, form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until deeply golden brown and the sausage is cooked through to an internal temperature of 160°F.
