Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper [1.2].
In a large bowl, mix together the pork sausage, Bisquick, cheddar cheese, milk, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
Using a small cookie scoop or your hands, form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until deeply golden brown and the sausage is cooked through to an internal temperature of 160°F.
