Instructions
Preparation Steps
Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
Sprinkle taco seasoning over the chicken.
Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, Rotel, and chicken broth.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Shred chicken with two forks and stir back into the soup.
