Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large skillet or wok, brown the ground pork over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess fat.
Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
Stir in the cabbage, carrots, and green onions. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir to combine and cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve hot over rice.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes. You can also substitute ground chicken or turkey for the pork.
