Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (191°C). Generously grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or similar size casserole dish.
Layer the bagel pieces, chopped pepper, tomatoes, and bacon into the prepared baking dish.
Whisk the eggs, milk, shredded cheese, ground mustard, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl. Pour evenly over the bagel mixture.
Top evenly with pieces of cream cheese and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
Bake for 40-50 minutes or until the center is set and the edges are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before topping with scallions, slicing, and serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven until warmed through.
