  • 1 sheet Pizza Dough Store-bought or homemade
  • 0.25 cup Olive Oil
  • 4 oz Goat Cheese Crumbled
  • 6 oz Fresh Figs Sliced
  • 4 oz Prosciutto Thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Glaze Optional

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  • Stretch or roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
  • Brush the dough with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle the goat cheese over the dough, then arrange the fig slices and prosciutto on top.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze, if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

Enjoy this pizza as an appetizer or light meal. You can also add arugula for a peppery flavor.
