Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
Stretch or roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
Brush the dough with olive oil.
Sprinkle the goat cheese over the dough, then arrange the fig slices and prosciutto on top.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze, if desired, and serve immediately.
