French Vanilla Coffee Creamer

A simple and delicious homemade French Vanilla Coffee Creamer that's perfect for your morning coffee.

  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Whole milk
  • 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Almond extract (optional)

Preparation Steps

  • In a medium saucepan, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, and granulated sugar.
  • Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is warm. Do not boil.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and almond extract (if using).
  • Let the creamer cool completely, then pour into an airtight container.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

Adjust the amount of sugar to your preference. For a richer flavor, use only heavy cream and skip the milk.
