Instructions
Preparation Steps
Shred the cabbage and chop the onion and garlic.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add shredded cabbage to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender and slightly browned, about 15 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot as a side dish.
Notes
Optional: Add a splash of apple cider vinegar for extra tang.
