  • 1 head Green Cabbage Medium-sized
  • 0.25 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Onion Chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Shred the cabbage and chop the onion and garlic.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Add shredded cabbage to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender and slightly browned, about 15 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot as a side dish.

Notes

Optional: Add a splash of apple cider vinegar for extra tang.
