For the crust:
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers or Oreo cookies
- ½ cup melted butter
For the filling:
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips optional
- 1 cup crushed cookies or nuts optional
Prepare the Crust:
Mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter until well combined.
Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a springform pan.
Place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to set.
Make the Filling:
In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
If using, fold in chocolate chips or crushed cookies/nuts.
Serve:
Remove from the freezer, let sit for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
Optionally, top with chocolate drizzle, fruits, or whipped cream.
- You can swap graham crackers for Oreos or digestive biscuits.
- Add fruit puree or cocoa powder to the filling for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the freezer for up to a week.
