Ingredients
  

For the crust:

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers or Oreo cookies
  • ½ cup melted butter

For the filling:

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips optional
  • 1 cup crushed cookies or nuts optional

Instructions
 

Prepare the Crust:

  • Mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter until well combined.
  • Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  • Place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to set.

Make the Filling:

  • In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
  • If using, fold in chocolate chips or crushed cookies/nuts.

Assemble the Cake:

  • Pour the filling over the chilled crust and spread evenly.
  • Smooth the top with a spatula.

Freeze:

  • Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.

Serve:

  • Remove from the freezer, let sit for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
  • Optionally, top with chocolate drizzle, fruits, or whipped cream.

Notes

  • You can swap graham crackers for Oreos or digestive biscuits.
  • Add fruit puree or cocoa powder to the filling for extra flavor.
  • Store leftovers in the freezer for up to a week.
