Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin with butter or cooking spray.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.
0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
Open the can of refrigerated biscuits. Separate the biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters.
0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
Dip each biscuit piece into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring it's well coated.
0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
Place the coated biscuit pieces into the prepared muffin tin, about 3-4 pieces per cup.
Pour any remaining garlic butter mixture over the biscuits in the muffin tin.
0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
These are best served warm, straight from the oven. Feel free to add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on top before baking for extra flavor.
