Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season them with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.

Add butter to the skillet and melt it over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
