Garlic Parmesan Focaccia Bread with Rosemary

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 4 cups bread flour
- 2 teaspoons fine salt
- 1/3 cup olive oil divided
- 4 cloves garlic thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary chopped
- 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Stir the warm water, yeast, and sugar together and let stand for 5 minutes until lightly foamy.
Mix in the bread flour, fine salt, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil until a shaggy dough forms.
Knead for 8 minutes until smooth, cover, and let rise for 75 minutes until doubled.
Coat a 9-by-13-inch pan with 2 tablespoons olive oil, stretch the dough into the pan, cover, and rise for 30 minutes.
Heat the oven to 425°F, press deep dimples across the dough, and drizzle with the remaining olive oil.
Top with garlic, rosemary, and Parmesan, then bake for 22 to 25 minutes until deeply golden.
Cool for 10 minutes before cutting into 12 pieces.
