German Potato Salad Recipe

A classic German potato salad recipe with a tangy dressing and crispy bacon.

  • 2 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • 0.5 lb Bacon diced
  • 1 cup Yellow Onion finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 0.25 cup Dijon Mustard
  • 0.25 cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Cook potatoes until tender.
  • Fry bacon until crispy, then set aside reserving bacon grease.
  • In a large bowl combine all ingredients except potatoes.
  • Add the cooked potatoes and mix gently.
