Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, and half the ketchup.
Shape into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
Spread remaining ketchup over the top for the glaze.
Bake for 60 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink in the center.
