  • 1 cup soy sauce low sodium
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated

Preparation Steps

  • In a bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, and grated ginger until well combined.
  • Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the glaze over them, ensuring they are fully coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the marinated salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Notes

For an extra burst of flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the glaze.
