Preparation Steps
In a bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, and grated ginger until well combined.
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the glaze over them, ensuring they are fully coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the marinated salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Notes
