Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
2.5 cups Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
Add the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, milk, olive oil, and Italian seasoning (if using) to the bowl. Stir until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve.
Notes
For a richer flavor, try adding a pinch of garlic powder or onion powder to the batter. Enjoy!
