Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt. Add warm water and olive oil. Stir until a dough forms.
Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces. On a lightly floured surface, roll each piece into a 6-inch circle.
In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian sausage, and marinara sauce.
Spoon about 1/4 of the filling onto one half of each dough circle. Fold the other half of the dough over the filling to form a calzone. Pinch the edges to seal.
Place the calzones on the prepared baking sheet. Cut a few slits in the top of each calzone to allow steam to escape.
