gluten-free dinner rolls

These soft and fluffy gluten-free dinner rolls are perfect for any occasion. Made with a blend of gluten-free flours, they're surprisingly easy to make and taste just like the real thing.

  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour blend
  • 0.5 cup tapioca starch
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 large eggs

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour blend, tapioca starch, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the warm water, olive oil, and eggs.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Shape the dough into 12 rolls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

Notes

These rolls are best served fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
