These soft and fluffy gluten-free dinner rolls are perfect for any occasion. Made with a blend of gluten-free flours, they're surprisingly easy to make and taste just like the real thing.

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet.
In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour blend, tapioca starch, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the warm water, olive oil, and eggs.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
Shape the dough into 12 rolls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes
These rolls are best served fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
