  • 0.5 cups sugar
  • 0.25 cups melted butter
  • 4 cups gluten-free vanilla ice cream slightly softened
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 0.5 cup chocolate sauce

Preparation Steps

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Add softened ice cream to the crust and spread evenly.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
  • Top with whipped cream and chocolate sauce before serving.
