Gluten-Free Monster Cookies

These chewy, gluten-free monster cookies are packed with chocolate chips, peanut butter, and oats. A perfect treat for any occasion!

  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup packed brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup M&Ms

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine oats, peanut butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Mix well.
  • Stir in chocolate chips and M&Ms.
  • Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
  • Let cool on baking sheets before serving.

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
