Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine gluten-free flour, salt, and sugar. Make a well in the center.
In a separate bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let stand for 5 minutes until foamy.
Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, turning to coat. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Punch down the dough and roll it out to about 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into strips.
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes
Serve warm with your favorite pizza sauce and toppings.
