Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the gluten-free pizza dough into a thin rectangle.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
Tightly roll the dough into a log.
Slice the log into 1-inch pinwheels.
Place pinwheels on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes
