These gluten-free pizza pinwheels are a fun and easy appetizer or snack. They're perfect for parties or a quick weeknight meal.

  • 1 cup gluten-free pizza dough
  • 0.5 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup pepperoni slices

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the gluten-free pizza dough into a thin rectangle.
  • Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
  • Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
  • Tightly roll the dough into a log.
  • Slice the log into 1-inch pinwheels.
  • Place pinwheels on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Notes

These pinwheels can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator. Reheat before serving.
