Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper.
Add chicken to the bowl and toss to coat well. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley, if desired.
Notes
Serve with couscous or rice and a side salad for a complete meal.
