Ground Beef and Broccoli

A quick and easy ground beef and broccoli stir-fry, perfect for a weeknight meal.

  • 1 lb Ground Beef Lean ground beef recommended
  • 1 head Broccoli Cut into florets
  • 1 cup Soy Sauce Low sodium
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger Grated

Preparation Steps

  • In a large skillet or wok, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain any excess grease.
  • Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  • Add broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, until tender-crisp.
  • Pour soy sauce and sesame oil over the mixture and stir well to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
  • Serve immediately over rice or noodles. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

Optional: Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.
