Preparation Steps
In a large skillet or wok, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain any excess grease.
Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and cook for another minute until fragrant.
Add broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, until tender-crisp.
Pour soy sauce and sesame oil over the mixture and stir well to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
Serve immediately over rice or noodles. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
Optional: Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.
