Guy Fieri's Ultimate Macaroni Salad

A classic macaroni salad with a tangy, creamy dressing and a vibrant mix of fresh vegetables, just like Guy Fieri would make!

Ingredients
  

For the Salad

  • 1 pound Elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup Celery finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup Red onion finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup Bell pepper red, finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup Carrots shredded
  • 0.25 cup Fresh parsley chopped

For the Dressing

  • 1.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Cook macaroni according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, celery, red onion, bell pepper, carrots, and parsley.
  • In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Pour the dressing over the macaroni mixture and stir gently to combine. Ensure all ingredients are evenly coated.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

This macaroni salad is best served chilled. It's a perfect side dish for barbecues and picnics.
