Ham and Cheese Croissant

A delightful and easy recipe for savory ham and cheese croissants, perfect for breakfast or a quick snack.

  • 4 large croissants
  • 0.5 pound deli ham thinly sliced
  • 0.5 pound Swiss cheese sliced
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
  • Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard on the bottom half of each croissant.

  • Layer the ham slices on top of the mustard.

  • Place the Swiss cheese slices over the ham.

  • Place the top half of the croissant back on.
    4 large croissants
  • Brush the tops of the croissants with melted butter.
    4 large croissants
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the croissants are golden brown.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra flavor boost, you can add a pinch of black pepper to the inside of the croissants before baking.
