Ham and Cheese Croissant

A quick and easy recipe for delicious ham and cheese croissants, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

  • 4 large croissants
  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 slices cheese e.g. Swiss or Cheddar
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice each croissant in half horizontally.
  • Place one slice of ham and one slice of cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
  • Place the top half of the croissant back on.
  • Brush the top of each croissant with melted butter.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

You can add a thin layer of Dijon mustard inside the croissant before adding the ham and cheese for extra flavor.
