Delicious and easy ham and cheese sliders made with Hawaiian sweet rolls, layered with deli ham and Swiss cheese, and topped with a savory buttery poppy seed glaze.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Without separating the individual rolls, slice the entire package of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half of the rolls into the prepared baking dish.
Layer the thinly sliced deli ham evenly over the bottom half of the rolls, followed by an even layer of the sliced Swiss cheese. Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, dried minced onion, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
Pour or brush the butter mixture evenly over the top of the rolls, allowing some of it to drip down the sides.
Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 3 to 5 minutes, or until the tops of the rolls are lightly browned and toasted.
Remove from the oven, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm.
Notes
Store any leftover sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven until warm.
