Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a bowl, gently mix ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
In the last minute of cooking, add cheese slices to the patties to melt (optional).
Toast hamburger buns lightly.
Assemble burgers with desired toppings: ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, onion, tomato, and lettuce.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
