Delicious homemade hamburger recipe with juicy beef patty and your favorite toppings.

  • 1 lb Ground beef 80/20 blend
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese Optional
  • 4 each Hamburger buns Sesame seed buns recommended
  • 0.25 cup Ketchup
  • 0.25 cup Mustard
  • 0.25 cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.5 each Onion Sliced
  • 1 each Tomato Sliced
  • 4 leaves Lettuce Your choice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • In a bowl, gently mix ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
  • Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  • In the last minute of cooking, add cheese slices to the patties to melt (optional).
  • Toast hamburger buns lightly.
  • Assemble burgers with desired toppings: ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, onion, tomato, and lettuce.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Customize your hamburger with your favorite toppings. Add bacon, pickles, or avocado for extra flavor.
