Hawaiian Poke Cake

A moist and delicious Hawaiian Poke Cake soaked with a tropical pineapple mixture and topped with a creamy whipped topping and toasted coconut.

Ingredients
  

Cake

  • 1 box Yellow Cake Mix plus ingredients called for on box
  • 1 can Crushed Pineapple undrained

Topping

  • 8 oz Whipped Topping thawed
  • 1 cup Toasted Coconut Flakes for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Prepare cake according to package directions in a 9x13 inch pan. Bake as directed.
  • Remove from oven and immediately poke holes all over the cake with the end of a wooden spoon.
  • Pour undrained crushed pineapple over the cake, making sure to get it into all of the holes.
  • Let the cake cool completely. Frost with whipped topping and sprinkle with toasted coconut.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
