Healthy cheesecake

A light and delicious cheesecake recipe perfect for a guilt-free dessert. Made with wholesome ingredients for a healthy treat.

Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.33 cup Melted butter
  • 0.25 cup Granulated sugar

Filling

  • 32 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 2 Large eggs

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in Greek yogurt and vanilla.
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour over crust.
  • Bake for 50 minutes, or until set. Let cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
