- 9 large eggs beaten
- 2 12-ounce cans evaporated milk
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 F and spray a 13-by-9-inch, 3-quart glass baking dish with cooking spray.
Arrange the frozen potatoes with onions and peppers evenly in the baking dish. Sprinkle with the cheddar, ham, bacon, and green onions.
Mix the beaten eggs, evaporated milk, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt in a medium bowl.
