Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
Rub the mixture all over the pork roast.
Place the roast on a rack in a roasting pan.
Roast in the preheated oven for about 90 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the pork roast overnight.
