Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan.
In a large bowl, mix together flour, protein powder, sugar, and baking powder.
Add milk and egg to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Spoon batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each mold about 3/4 full.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until donuts are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
