  • 1.25 cups flour
  • 0.5 cups Herbalife Protein Powder Vanilla flavor
  • 0.5 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 cup milk or as needed
  • 1 egg beaten

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix together flour, protein powder, sugar, and baking powder.
  • Add milk and egg to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  • Spoon batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each mold about 3/4 full.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until donuts are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
