Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 2 lb Potatoes Peeled and diced
- 1 cup Onion Chopped
- 1 cup Carrots Diced
- 1 cup Corn Frozen or canned
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 0.5 cup Beef Broth
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
Add onion and carrots to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef mixture, potatoes, corn, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, salt, and pepper.
Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
