  • 2 lb Potatoes Peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Onion Chopped
  • 1 cup Carrots Diced
  • 1 cup Corn Frozen or canned
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 0.5 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  • Add onion and carrots to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef mixture, potatoes, corn, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
