Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.
Place cod fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush generously with the hoisin glaze.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cod is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
