  • 4 oz Cod fillets Skinless
  • 0.25 cup Hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce Low sodium
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • 0.5 tsp Ginger Grated
  • 1 tsp Rice vinegar

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.
  • Place cod fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush generously with the hoisin glaze.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cod is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.

Serve with rice and steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
