Homemade Ramen

Delicious and comforting homemade ramen recipe. A flavorful broth with tender noodles and your favorite toppings.

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 cups Chicken Broth Low sodium
  • 4 oz Ramen Noodles Dried
  • 1 lb Pork Belly Sliced thin
  • 2 Eggs Soft boiled
  • 2 Green Onions Chopped

Broth Seasoning

  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tsp Ginger Grated
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced

Preparation Steps

  • In a large pot, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, mirin, ginger, and garlic. Bring to a simmer.
  • Cook the ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • While the noodles are cooking, pan-fry the pork belly until crispy.
  • Assemble the ramen bowls: Place noodles in the bowl, pour hot broth over the noodles, top with pork belly, half of a soft-boiled egg, and chopped green onions.

Notes

Adjust seasoning to taste. Feel free to add other toppings like seaweed, bamboo shoots, or bean sprouts.
