  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper
  • fresh parsley chopped, for garnish (optional)

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss the prepared carrots with olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

  • Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast for 25-35 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized, flipping them halfway through.
