Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes (or longer in the refrigerator).
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
Pour in the cornstarch slurry and cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
Serve immediately over rice or noodles. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions, if desired.
Notes
Serve with a side of steamed broccoli or your favorite vegetables.
