  • 1.5 lbs Salmon fillets, skin on or off about 1 inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons Honey preferably local
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger freshly grated
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Green onions thinly sliced, for garnish

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  • Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the honey glaze evenly over the salmon.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the salmon.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve immediately.
