Preparation Steps
Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic and onions until fragrant.
Add the chicken and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer.
Add the pancit canton noodles and mixed vegetables. Cook until noodles are tender and the sauce has been absorbed.
Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
