  • 1 lb Chicken Breast Boneless, skinless
  • 8 oz Pancit Canton Noodles Dry noodles
  • 1 medium Onion Diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 0.5 cup Soy Sauce
  • 0.25 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables Carrots, cabbage, green beans
  • 2 Green Onions Chopped

Preparation Steps

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic and onions until fragrant.
  • Add the chicken and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add the pancit canton noodles and mixed vegetables. Cook until noodles are tender and the sauce has been absorbed.
  • Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
