Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla and sour cream. Fold in diced peaches.
Pour filling over crust and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until set. Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
Notes
Optional: Top with whipped cream or additional peach slices before serving.
