How to Make 5-Star Peaches and Cream Cheesecake Bars at Home

Delicious and easy to make Peaches and Cream Cheesecake Bars. A perfect dessert for any occasion.

Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter melted

Filling

  • 24 ounce Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 2 Peaches diced

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla and sour cream. Fold in diced peaches.
  • Pour filling over crust and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until set. Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.

Notes

Optional: Top with whipped cream or additional peach slices before serving.
